An electrodeless fluorescent lamp is provided to effectively decrease the amount of EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference) radiation by draining a current, which is induced on an EMI shielding plate, to outside. An electrodeless fluorescent lamp includes a bulb(10), a base(20), an antenna(31), and a metal protective plate(25). An outer ball has a discharge space therein. An inner tube is formed inside the outer ball to form the discharge space. The outer ball is bonded with the inner tube to form the bulb. The base is coupled with a lower portion of the bulb. The antenna is inserted into the inner tube through the base and generates a magnetic field into the discharge space. The metal protective plate is contained inside the base and shields the EMI, which is radiated from the antenna to an inner wall of the base.
