A system, a method, and a program for managing a workability of a manufacturing system, and a picking truck are provided to decrease a cost loss by selecting a required resource based on a work history. A work result collecting system includes a work specific ID tag(10), a work management box(20), and an ID tag reader(30). A work list for an article to be processed is written on the work specific ID tag. The work management box includes an insertion hole, into which the work specific ID tag is inserted. The ID tag reader is implemented at a side surface of the work management box and reads the work specific ID tag. The ID tag reader transmits the read information from the work specific ID tag to a work result management device(40). The work result management device stores the information from the ID tag reader on a work history database. The information is stored in the work history database with a corresponding time stamp.
