An installation structure of an evaporation pipe for a food store house is provided to lower the temperature of the upper part of a store room by using a refrigerant, thereby removing the temperature deviation of a store room. An installation structure of an evaporation pipe for a food store house is such that the evaporation pipe(200) is wound along the outer wall of the store room of the food store house, the entrance(210) of the evaporation pipe is arranged at the upper part of the exit(220), and an upper part sloped part(250) is formed at the evaporation pipe to allow a refrigerant to flow upward. Preferably a trap(240) is formed at the terminal part of the evaporation pipe toward the exit. |
