A high definition image display and an FRC(Frame Rate Conversion) method thereof are provided to convert a frame rate by effectively processing mass data caused by a high resolution of the high definition image display by using plural FRC circuits, thereby providing a more clear screen. An image processing unit(100) processes an inputted signal. A first FRC(Frame Rate Conversion) unit(200) receives the image signal from the image processing unit, and processes a part of frame data of the image data to generate first interpolation data. A second FRC unit(300) processes the other part of the frame data of the image signal to generate second interpolation data, and outputs the second interpolation data to the first FRC unit. A display panel driving unit(400) drives a display panel unit(500) by receiving an output signal from the first FRC.
