<p>The head has a body (2) whose front part (4) comprises of cutting edges (8a-8d) followed by a cavities which lead to a conduit (12) inside the body. The conduit allows evacuation of chips susceptible of being formed during drilling of a workpiece, towards the back. A pilot drill equipped at the front end and center of the head guides the head during drilling. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) deep-drilling tool (B) a process for deep-drilling a workpiece (C) utilization of a deep-drill head for drilling a workpiece.</p> |
