#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves casting plastic material constituting an artificial feather in a mold formed of a soft pulp that is graved into a feather shaped hollow. The material is quilted in the hollow. A tool graved with barbs and hook barbs in relief is passed between burrs (2, 3), where the tool is made of a roller mounted on a handle.
