The industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of an aquarium water heater as shown in the drawings; the aquarium water heater has an elongated external tube portion having a bullet-like configuration in cross-section with a generally flat rear surface and rounded rear corners; the rear surface of the external tube portion has a generally oblong raised area thereon close to the upper end of the external tube portion; the front surface of the external tube portion has a short cylindrical projection adjacent the upper end thereof which merges into a slightly larger generally cylindrical cap-like element having a bevelled front surface and a central circular opening therein; the top end of the external tube portion has a downwardly and rearwards extending scalloped rear surface and a short downwardly extending front surface; the scalloped rear surface has an axially extending generally circular opening therein which merges into a slot portion which extends between the circular opening and the rear surface; the circular opening and slot portion extend part way along the external tube portion and terminate above the oblong raised area on the rear surface of the external tube portion; the external tube portion merges smoothly into a strainer portion having a bullet-like shape in front elevation and a smooth curved generally quarter circular shape in side elevation and a generally flat rear surface with rounded corners which follow the contour of the rear surface and rounded rear corners of the external tube portion; the strainer portion has a series of axially extending generally equally spaced-apart slots extending most of the height of the strainer portion.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of the design of the aquarium water heater;Fig. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;Fig. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view thereof being a mirror image of the right side;Fig. 4 is a top plan view thereof oriented such that the rear of the aquarium water heater is at the bottom of the sheet; andFig. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof oriented such that the rear of the aquarium water heater is at the bottom of the sheet.Diagrams of the design are included.
