A heating apparatus is provided to prevent fire due to overheat, and remove offensive odor from an indoor area by permitting a ceramic coating layer to emit negative ion. A heating apparatus includes a heat transfer plate, a heat transfer wire, a bi-metal, a first connection terminal and a second connection terminal, a temperature sensor, a thermal insulation member, glass wool(170), a frame(180), a support plate, and a control unit. The heat transfer plate cuts of electromagnetic wave and harmful wave o water. The heat transfer wire is attached onto a back surface of the heat transfer plate through an aluminum adhesive tape. The bi-metal is connected to the heat transfer wire such that the bi-metal is switched off and electrically connected in accordance with temperature. The first and second connection terminals connect both ends of the heat transfer wire and a pair of lead wires(132,134). The temperature sensor is interposed between the first and second connection terminals. The thermal insulation member is arranged to cover the heat transfer wire. The glass wool is arranged on the thermal insulation member so as to limit the position of the thermal insulation member. The frame covers edges of the heat transfer plate, the thermal insulation member and the glass wool. The support plate is mounted on a corner of a back surface of the frame and on a back surface of the glass wool, and has a lead wire extraction hole(192) for extracting and supporting a pair of lead wires extracted through a hole of the thermal insulation member and a hole of the glass wool and lead wires(152,154) of the temperature sensor. The control unit controls supply of power through the lead wires, and controls temperature in accordance with temperature data detected by the temperature sensor and received through the lead wires. |
