An air conditioner is provided to reduce vibration and noise of an indoor fan with a damper made of an elastic member and to increase productivity of air conditioner with reduced number of components as the indoor fan can be supported by a damper assembled to an air guide. An air conditioner comprises an outer case, a front grille, an air guide(160), a damper(200), a divider(162), and a fan support(165). The outer case forms a part of outer appearance of the air conditioner, having a plurality of components mounted therein. The front grille, which is assembled on a front side of the outer case, guides suction and discharge of indoor air via its suction port and discharge port. The air guide, which divides a space defined by the outer case and the front grille into front/back side, guides the flow direction of the indoor air flowed in via the suction port. The damper, assembled on an outer side of the air guide to make contact with the inside of the outer case, seals a gap between the outer case and the air guide. The divider, disposed on one side of the air guide, protrudes outward to divide the space defined by the outer case and air guide into front and back side while making contact with the inside of the outer case. The fan support, which supports an indoor fan(150) which generates air flow, guides its rotation. The damper assembled on the front side of the fan support.
