A triple overlapping method of a band or a shoulder strap is provided to make the shortest length thereof become 1/3 of the twice overlapping method of a band and to be used regardless of grown-ups and children. A triple overlapping method of a band or a shoulder strap includes the steps of: fixing one end of a band to one side of a fixing hook; making the other end of the band hung on an auxiliary frame of a length adjusting hook(A120); pulling out the other end of the band hung on the auxiliary frame and making it hung on an auxiliary frame of a length adjusting hook(B120) on the other side; pulling out the other end of the band hung on an auxiliary frame of a length adjusting hook(B120), inserting it into a placement space on the other side and then pulling out it to the placement space on one side; pulling out the band that passes through the placement space on one side, inserting it into the placement space on one side of the length adjusting hook on the other side, and pulling it to the placement space on the other side; and pulling out the other end of the band, inserting it into the space of a fixing hook(110c) and fixing the contact part of the band.
