An equipment for forming a flange on a cylindrical structure is provided to prevent an outer portion of the flange from being cracked or damaged by integrally bending and forming a flange on a cylindrical metal structure, and form the flange on the cylindrical structures simply and promptly by easily forming a flange on cylindrical structures with various diameters and lengths, and a using method of the equipment is provided. An equipment for forming a flange on a cylindrical structure comprises: a base body(2) vertically erected; a rotary driving part(3) including a rotary shaft(5) rotated by a drive motor(4) and axially installed such that a gap between a flange forming wheel(6) and a structure holding wheel(7) is adjustable; a pressing roller part(17) including a pressing roller(20) installed in a front upper part of the base body and vertically moved by a pressing roller operating cylinder(18); a guide roller part(22) including a guide roller(27) spaced from the pressing roller part in a predetermined distance and vertically moved by a guide roller operating cylinder(24); and a finishing part(36) including a flange front side-finishing part(39) having a front finishing roller(38) of which position is adjusted by a front finishing roller-operating cylinder(37), and a flange backside-finishing part(42) having a backside finishing roller moved forward and backward by a backside finishing roller-operating cylinder(40).
