A communication helmet having a microphone-integrated shield is provided to facilitate an assembling and installation by simplifying a coupling structure, be mass-produced, and reduce a fabrication unit cost. A hole(11) is formed at a portion corresponding to the helmet(10) user's ears. A cradle mounting pad(100) includes a front pad(110) and a rear pad(120) having sound discharge holes(121). A communication unit cradle(200) includes a speaker/microphone mounting member(40) for receiving connection terminals(21,31) that contact with a terminal of a communication unit(300) having a PTT(Push-To-Talk) button(310), a speaker(20) connected to the connection terminal(21,31) and a microphone board(30) connected to be long with a microphone board(30) and an extension line(32a), on a front pad(110) of the cradle mounting pad(100). A reception sound transferred to the speaker(20) after being received by a communication unit(300) mounted in the communication unit cradle(200) is directly transferred to a user of the helmet through the hole(11) formed at the portion corresponding to the user's ears.
