<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily notify a sender of information on an access to confidential printing data to be stored. <P>SOLUTION: A confidential printing device has a storage for storing the confidential printing data, MFP10A and 10B for printing the confidential printing data, and PC20A and PC20B connected to MFP10A and MFP10B for receiving operation inputs, and the PC20A and PC20B comprise displays for displaying screens for setting relating to notification about the access to the confidential printing data stored in the storage, operation sections for receiving inputs for setting relating to notification of the access, and control sections for directing the MFP10A and MFP 10B to notify the sender of the confidential printing data of the information of the access when the notification relating to the access is set up and there is an access to the confidential printing data stored in the storage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
