<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove residual potential without fail through a simple construction. <P>SOLUTION: The high-voltage power supply is so constructed as to apply high-voltage power to a load 21, a first path 22, a second path 23, a third path 24, and multiple loads. In the high-voltage power supply, there is a possibility that the load 21 produces unintended negative electric charges; and there is a possibility that the negative electric charges have influence on the first path 22, second path 23, third path 24, and the like.
