<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus which can illuminate a plurality of display parts by using a single light source and a single light guide. <P>SOLUTION: The light source 220 includes a light emitting element to generate a blue colored light and a red phosphor to emit a red colored light by being excited by the flue colored light, and, as a whole, emits a violet colored light L1. The violet colored light L1 enters a side of the light guide plate 201 and is discharged from an upper surface 211 and a lower surface 212 as a violet colored light L1-1, L1-2. The phosphor film 230 includes a green phosphor and a transmitting light L2 which is the violet colored light 1-1 after transmitting through the phosphor film 230 is mixed with a green content light generated in the green phosphor to produce a white colored light.
