<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fermented vegetable-containing food material decreased in unpleasant smell peculiar to vegetables, and excellent in flavor; to provide a food containing the food material; and to provide a method for producing the food material. <P>SOLUTION: This food material contains fermented vegetable, and soymilk, milk and/or a milk product, and transglutaminase. The food produced by using the food material as the raw material is also provided.
