<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine which makes a valid area capable of holding one or more of symbols in a symbol array area stop after moved to award a dividend corresponding to the symbols held in the valid area stopped. <P>SOLUTION: The slot machine is provided with a display which has a screen capable of displaying a symbol arrayed image with a plurality of symbols arrayed and a valid area image with such a shape as enabling the holding of one or more of symbols and a controller which determines the size of the valid area image so as to increase the more number of holdable symbols for the more number of bets and makes the symbol arrayed image with a plurality of symbols arrayed displayed on the screen while the valid area image after the decision of the size is displayed superposed on the symbol arrayed image in such a manner as to stop after moved and awards a dividend corresponding to the symbols held in the valid area image stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
