<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board-mounted connector capable of suppressing shaking of a projection part of a terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The board-mounted connector 10 has a housing 11 having a hood part 12 and a terminal 20 which penetrates through a rear end wall 13 of the hood part and projects from the interior of the housing to the outside, and is installed with a board connection part 27 to be connected to a land portion of a printed-circuit board by soldering at the projected portion 22 of the terminal to the outside. A supported part 26 extends on the top end side of the terminal further than the board connection part, and the supported part is supported by an engaging recess 19 provided in the housing and the terminal is supported by two points at a portion 14 penetrating the rear end wall of the hood part and the engaging recess, thus the board connection part is positioned between these two support points. The housing 11 is constructed of a housing body 11A and a holder 11B which are capable of separation and joining at a portion where the terminal penetrates. with a terminal support groove 16 locating at the joining face of the holder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
