<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control transmitter for lighting and channel switching method for switching channels for transmitting a control signal without using a slide switch. <P>SOLUTION: A diode bridge 4 makes a current from a battery 1 connected to a terminal 2 and a terminal 3 a current made to flow in a predetermined direction and outputs the current. A control part 5 uses the current output by the diode bridge 4 as power current.
