PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a movable body driven on a frame light and rigid. SOLUTION: A gantry part 60 is formed into a hollow structure by extrusion processing using an aluminum material. Also, the gantry part 60 has a hollow structure wherein a pair of reinforcing walls 64 extending in a vertical direction are integrally provided to a front wall 60a and a back wall 60b, and three hollow parts 62 partitioned by the reinforcing walls 64 are formed. Accordingly, rigidity of the gantry part 60 against twist or bend when the body is lightened or a processing face is processed by laterally locating the reinforcing walls 64 between an inner wall of the front wall 60a and an inner wall of the back wall 60b and forming each of corners into a round shape.
