PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat cushion pad which can efficiently suppress emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC) from a cushion pad and be easily manufactured. SOLUTION: In the seat cushion pad 10 to be used as a backrest of a vehicle seat and a seat part, a back surface material 21 containing absorbent of VOC by coating or saturation is provided on a back surface of a cushion pad 11 composed of a foaming body, such as soft polyurethane foam. The VOC is effectively absorbed by the back surface material 21 when the air is forcibly passed through the back surface material 21 by change in amount of compression of the cushion pad by vibration while running, compression and compression release of the cushion pad while getting off and on the vehicle.
