PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a repeeling function while suppressing unintended peeling with one kind of adhesive. SOLUTION: On the rear face of a surface sheet 10, a strong sticking part 12a is formed by respectively coating an adhesive 30 on the whole area along one set of two sides opposing each other in the longitudinal direction of the two sets of two sides opposing each other of the surface sheet 10, and a weak sticking part 12b wherein the adhesive 30 is partially uncoated is formed by coating the adhesive 30 in a pattern of matrix on the area other than the strong sticking part 12a on the rear face.
