POLYIMIDE COMPOSITION, FLEXIBLE WIRING BOARD AND METHOD OF PRODUCING FLEXIBLE WIRING BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide composition which is free from the appearance of a white powder even after alkali development without acid washing or high-temperature reheating; and to provide a method of producing the polyimide composition. SOLUTION: The composition forms a prescribed pattern through the alkali development after exposure, by the action of a photosensitive agent contained therein. A hydrolysate produced by the alkali development is fixed to the polyimide by its reaction with a crosslinking agent, which results in preventing the white powder to appear. Thereby the appearance of the white powder can be prevented even when subjecting the composition to alkali development without acid washing and high-temperature reheating. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
