PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororesin aqueous dispersion which gives a fluororesin coating film wherein cissing hardly occurs; the viscosity increases at a high temperature; the defoaming property is good; and dispersion stability is good and discoloration is scarce after the baking. SOLUTION: The fluororesin aqueous dispersion comprises from 20 to 70 mass% of microparticles of a fluororesin and from 1 to 12 mass%, based on the mass of the fluororesin, of a non-ionic surfactant represented by the formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>-O-A-X , wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a 6-18C alkyl group; O is an oxygen atom; A is a polyoxyalkylene group comprising from 1 to 3 oxybutylene groups and from 5 to 20 oxyethylene groups and X is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group.
