PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning mechanism of a transfer machine capable of accurately and securely performing positioning when articles are transferred. SOLUTION: In this transfer machine 11 for transferring articles which is mounted on the upper part of an automatic guided vehicle 10, a transfer machine positioning device for adjusting the position of the transfer machine 11 on the automatic guided vehicle 10 and a ground positioning device 23 for fixing the transfer machine 11 on the ground are installed between the automatic guided vehicle 10 and the transfer machine 11.
