PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a side impact detection sensor capable of ensuring the mounting strength when mounting the side impact detection sensor on a resin-made panel. SOLUTION: The side impact detection sensor 60 is provided on a surface on a cabin side of a resin panel 8, and a pressure introducing unit 62 is opened in a hermetic space 12 through an opening part 19 of the resin-made panel 8. An eaves part 20 for covering an upper periphery of the opening part 19 is formed above the opening part 19. A claw part 26 is integrally formed on the surface on the cabin side of the resin-made panel 8. The claw part 26 is engaged with an outer surface of the side impact detection sensor 60 to hold the side impact detection sensor 60. The rigidity of the resin-made panel 8 around the opening part 19 is increased by the eaves part 20, the mounting structure of the side impact detection sensor 60 on the resin-made panel 8 becomes firmer, and the sufficient mounting strength can be ensured thereby.
