LAMINATED NONWOVEN FABRIC, GELLED SHEET AND FILLER FIXED SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated nonwoven fabric containing wet heat gelled fibers excellent in processability during a nonwoven manufacturing process and at the time of fixing of a filler and having a good surface state. SOLUTION: A first fiber layer (1) and a third fiber layer (3) both of which contain fibers occupying at least a part of the surfaces of the fibers by a wet heat gelled resin are arranged on both sides of a second fiber layer (2) having wet heat shrinkability to form a laminated web and, for example, high pressure columnar water streams are ejected to the web to integrate three fiber layers to obtain the laminated nonwoven fabric. Further, if wet heat treatment is applied to this laminated nonwoven fabric in order to fix the filler, the first and third fiber layers are uniformly shrunk to obtain a filler fixed sheet having the filler uniformly fixed thereto.
