<p>The arrangement has multiple tubes (40) that are arranged in an upper level (100) and a lower level (200), where the tubes are arranged parallel in each level. The tubes of the upper level are arranged in an offset or congruent manner with respect to the tubes of the lower level. A distance between the tubes of the upper level and the distance between the tubes of the lower level are selected in such a manner that absorber layers (46) hit by the solar radiation is not shadowed and no intermediate space is visible between the two levels of the tubes.</p>
