The upper functional layer has double function, where the upper functional contains multiple strip conductors for electrical connections and forms an outer skin. The strip conductors run parallel to each other without contacting. The conductor strips are connected with a safety mimic in a power saw. The upper functional layer is connected to the middle functional layer by a hook and pile fastener in a fixed or removable manner.
