A fully rotary bobbin is provided to control a gap between a sewing needle and a pointed portion simply when the thickness of the sewing needle is changed. A fully rotary bobbin(10) includes an outside bobbin(11) installed at the lower portion of a sewing needle plate of a sewing machine. An outside bobbin has a pointed portion integrally rotated with a lower shaft(4) according to upper and lower movement of the sewing needle. An inside and outside bobbins(12) are installed at a separate member. A sewing needle support member guides the sewing needle and controls a gap between the sewing needle and the pointed portion just before the pointed portion meets the sewing needle. A position control fixing instrument installs the sewing needle plate member to the outside bobbin or a member integrally rotated together with the outside bobbin toward the shaft direction of the lower shaft.
