A system controller, an information processing device, and an I/O(Input/Output) request control method are provided to enable a CPU to access all FWHs(Firmware Hub) embedded in the same information processing device by installing an area for accessing each FWH on an address map, and transferring an I/O request to other system controllers based on the address map when the I/O request is received from the CPU. An address map storing part(310) stores the address map mapping the area for accessing a storing part storing firmware. An I/O target determiner(330) compares the address included in the I/O request with the address map stored in the address map storing part when the I/O request is received from the CPU. The I/O target determiner accesses the locally connected storing part according to contents included in the I/O request if the address is included in the area corresponding to the storing part locally connected with the system controller, and transfers the I/O request to other system controllers included in the same information processing device if not.
