Methods for treating cognitive dysfunction associated with fibromyalgia b y administering high-dose milnacipran to a patient suffering from such cogni tive dysfunction are provided. Also provided are methods for the long-term t reatment of cognitive dysfunction associate with FMS by administering milnac ipran to a patient suffering from such cognitive dysfunction.
