<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of sensing unintended gas leakage from an exhaust control means by a smell. <P>SOLUTION: A bypass passage 32 connecting fuel off-gas passages 30 in the vicinities of the entrance and the exit of an odorant removal part 40 to each other is formed, a bypass valve 33 is closed in conjunction with the opening of a purge valve 31 to facilitate removal of an odor from a fuel off-gas, and the bypass valve 33 is opened in conjunction with exhaust stop of the fuel off-gas by the closing of the purge valve 31 to restrain the removal of the odor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
