PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate management such as extraction or deletion of data related to a camera device while reproducing video data and sound data after adjusting them to a state of being close to the state around the camera device. SOLUTION: The camera device is composed so as not only to record sound acquired through a mike of the camera device while subjecting the sound to echo canceling processing, but also to separately record sound outputted from its speaker. Consequently, it is possible to reproduce the recorded sound in an environment close to the sound volume at an actual site. In a monitoring system, sound transmitted from a terminal device to the camera device is not recorded but sound outputted by the camera device from its speaker is recorded.
