PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost bearing unit which can jet lubricant toward an inside of the bearing for high-speed rotation corresponding to outer-ring rotation. SOLUTION: The bearing unit rotatably supporting a rotator 36 around a fixed shaft 34 which comprises: a plurality of inner-ring 46 processed in outer-fitting along the fixed shaft; an annular shaft sleeve (inner-ring spacer 42) which is located adjacently with respect to the inner-rings mutually adjacent and processed in the outer-fitting to the fixed shaft; an outer-ring 48 fixed to the rotator facing to the plurality of inner-rings mutually connected in series through the shaft sleeve; and a plurality of rolling element 50 incorporated in freely rolling between inner/outer rings. In the shaft sleeve, at its both sides, an annular contact face 42r contacting to a side periphery 46r of the inner-ring and an annular fitting face 42s which is processed in continuously fitting to the contact face and in partially fitting to an outer diameter face 46s are formed, furthermore, a lubricant passage 56 for jetting the lubricant to a space between the inner/outer rings which is arranged to pass through both sides of the shaft sleeve is continuously formed in a groove from the contact face to the fitting face.
