PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, and device or structure for activating combustibility of liquid petroleum fuel in a part reaching from a fuel tank to a combustion part via a fuel conduit part, in a thermomechanical device using the liquid petroleum fuel. SOLUTION: In the method, and device, or structure, combustion efficiency of the liquid petroleum fuel is raised by a physical means by directly or/and indirectly accumulating or passing the liquid petroleum fuel in a neighborhood of a sintered composite ore body mainly composed of a silicon compound radiating an electromagnetic wave of a terahertz band, in a fuel tank part, or/and the fuel conduit part 3, or/and a cover part of the combustion part 2. Improvement of the combustion efficiency, and reduction of noxious components in exhaust gas are made possible without any adverse effects and side effects to a present thermomechanical device such as a heat engine or a boiler combustion part.
