PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle fuel pipe structure for cooling a fuel pipe with cooling air passing through a radiator fan to improve the operating performance of an engine even when an inclined face rising toward the rear side of a vehicle is formed on the upper face of a transmission case. SOLUTION: In the vehicle fuel pipe structure, an extending portion extending to a position higher than the top of the inclined face in the vertical direction is formed on a portion of a metal fuel pipe out of the fuel pipe, a canister is arranged over the inclined face at a predetermined space, and a space portion facing the extending portion is formed between the canister and the inclined face.
