PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying tile unit, the adhesion of which is prevented from being deteriorated by solar heat. SOLUTION: The laying tile unit 50 is constituted by bonding a tile 40 to a resin mat 10 via an aluminum plate 30. An opening 32 is provided in the aluminum plate 30, and an adhesive 28, which is injected into the ring portion 18 of the resin mat 10, is brought into direct contact with the backside of the tile 40. A beam-like portion 20 in the ring portion 18 is embedded in the adhesive 28, so that the tile 40 and the resin mat 10 can be firmly integrated together.
