PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify equipment for making an execution management server acquire information on transportation by a transport vehicle and operation of the equipment, in an excavation/filling information management system. SOLUTION: This excavation/filling information management system comprises: an input means 112e which is provided in a backhoe 10 and used for inputting the start and completion of the operation of loading the transport vehicle 20; a determination means which is provided in an excavator and used for determining the completion of the operation of loading the sediment into the transport vehicle 20, on the basis of the input state of the input means 112e; and an information processor 130 which performs processing for sending a signal providing the notification of the completion of the operation of loading the transport vehicle 20, and for transmitting information on the transport of a filling material to the execution management server 300, on the basis of a loading operation completion command from the determination means.
