PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled sheet holder easy and quick to be installed. SOLUTION: A lower end of a fitting member 13 of a positioning member 12 is formed with a flat guide part 5 formed into a nearly rectangular shape with a front view, projecting at a predetermined length in the outside direction in right and left of the lower end of the fitting member 13. With this structure, in the case of installing the rolled sheet holder 3, the fitting member 13 is inserted into a first positioning groove part 16, making the guide part 57 formed in the lower end of the fitting member 13 abut on the outside end surface of a holder support member 15.
