PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for surely and quickly assaying an antibody in a specimen. SOLUTION: This method for enabling the measurement of the objective antibody in the test specimen is found out by preparing a specific protein as a fused protein by a cell-free means for synthesizing the protein and bringing the unpurified fused protein in contact with the test specimen, as a result of various examinations for improving the method for expressing the specific protein as an important factor for solving above problem.
