The pallet (10) has an upper platform (11) and block-like or bar-like supporting elements (12) mounted on the lower surface or by using coupling sections. The supporting elements are made of plastic with embedded synthetic material. The synthetic material consists of natural fibers. The material and the structure of the supporting elements with the embedded natural fibers have spring- and damping-characteristics, which are adapted to the weights. The plastic is polyurethane foam or a thermoplastic plastic and the synthetic material consists of hemp fibers.
