Provided are a bearing device for a gas turbine power generation facility, which provides a damping effect for shaft vibration and in which a bearing body can be lubricated to cool it, and a gas turbine power generation facility. The bearing device (12, 13) has a water lubrication type bearing body (10, 11) for rotatably supporting a rotor (8) of a generator (5), a sleeve (23) provided on the outer peripheral side of the bearing body (10, 11), and a bearing housing (26) for holding the sleeve (23) with an O-ring (25) between them, with an annular gap flow path (24) formed between the bearing housing (26) and the sleeve (23). The bearing housing (26) has a water supply hole (27) communicating with the gap flow path (24) and supplying water. The sleeve (23) has a water introduction hole (29 etc.) communicating with the gap flow path (24) and introducing water to the bearing body and also has a water discharge hole (31) for communicating with the gap flow path (24), at a position axially away a predetermined distance from the position with which the water supply hole (27) communicates.
