A metal type tag is provided to control impedance by applying CPWG(Co-Planner Waveguide Ground) technique to a unit which supplies power to a chip of metallic tag, thereby eliminating distortion of radiation pattern caused by the deformation of antenna shape and optimizing the characteristic of antenna radiation. A metallic tag is formed by adding a metal layer between an antenna layer and an adhering matter layer. An antenna(200) is formed on a dielectric substrate. A signal line(100) having conductive characteristic is connected to the antenna, supplies electric current to a tag chip. A first ground line(GND1) is formed on the upper surface of the dielectric substrate, and grounds the signal line. A second ground line(GND2) is formed on the backside of the dielectric substrate. The signal line is formed with the first ground line as a CPWG structure. |
