A housing for a wiper pivot is provided to allow a fracture portion to be easily damaged by external force by forming a groove consisting of the fracture portion, and to support a wiper assembly firmly during usual time. A housing for a wiper pivot comprises a shaft insertion pipe portion(12), a link fixing pipe portion(14), a fixing portion(13) of a car body and a fracture portion(11). The shaft insertion pipe portion is inserted by a pivot so as to be rotated in the inside. The link fixing pipe portion is protruded in a cylindrical body shape from a side surface of the shaft insertion pipe, and coupled to the pipe. The fixing portion of the car body is installed by fixing a hole formed in an end of one side to the car body. The fracture portion is provided with a groove(11a), and bent toward the link when shock applied to a wiper is transferred to the pivot. |
