<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface light-emitting device in which disconnection and contact failure or the like of a circuit due to rupture of solder which is a connecting part between an FPC and a linear light source device are prevented when peeling off a double-sided adhesive tape such as a light shielding double-sided sheet, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes a case 21 to house the FPC 11 in which the linear light source device 12 is fixed by the solder 22, the linear light source device 12, and a light guide plate 13 in which light from this linear light source device 12 is emitted as illumination light, and the light shielding double-sided sheet 19 in which a liquid crystal display panel receiving the light from the light guide plate 13 from the rear face side is fixed to the case 21. The FPC 11 is fixed to a face on the rear face side of the case 21, and the light shielding double-sided sheet 19 is pasted and adhered to the face of the front face side of the case 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
