PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operations for transmitting/receiving and managing files.

SOLUTION: One instruction MFP (Multi Function Peripheral) of a plurality of MFPs includes: a transmission file selection part which selects a plurality of transmission files to be transmitted, out of a plurality of files stored in the plurality of MFPs; a transmission destination designation part which accepts designation of a transmission destination device from the plurality of MFPs; a transmission instruction information transmission part (S34) which transmits an instruction to transmit transmission files stored in storage MFPs out of a plurality of transmission files to the transmission destination device, to storage MFPs when the plurality of transmission files are stored in at least two storage MFPs of the plurality of MFPs; a transmission file deletion request part (S47) which deletes transmission files transmitted from other storage MFPs to the transmission destination device when one of storage MFPs fails in transmission of transmission files.
