<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a flexible tube which is easy to work and can enhance the strgth of a connectong part when manufacturing the flexible tube having portions different in hardness in a curving direction. <P>SOLUTION: The end faces of both of a high hardness skin tube 41 and a low hardness skin tube 42 whose hardness is lower than that of the high hardness skin tube 41 are cut tapered to reduce an outer peripheral side continuously to make a high hardness tapered part 41C and a low hardness tapered part 42C. The high hardness skin tube 41 is inserted into a flexible tube structure member 23 with the high hardness tapered part 41C as a head, and the low hardness skin tube 42 is inserted to the flexible tube structure member 23 from a direction opposite to that of the high hardness skin tube 41 with the low hardness tapered part 42C as a head. Then, after the low hardness tapered part 42C is overlapped with the high hardness tapered part 41C, they are heated to be integrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
