PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the sorting operation of wastes from a point of view of regulations based on various laws.

SOLUTION: A building database 105 in which the relationship of buildings and wastes to be caused when performing a predetermined operation to the buildings is defined is referenced to extract wastes which is to be generated by performing the predetermined operation. A waste database 106 in which the relationship of the wastes and the types of the wastes based on law regulations is defined is referenced to retrieve the types of extracted wastes based on the law regulations. A registered agent database 204 in which the relationship of waste dealing agents and the wastes which can be dealt with by the waste dealing agents is defined is referenced to extract the waste dealing agent who is able to deal with the extracted wastes. Then, a list in which the extracted wastes and the waste dealing agents who are able to deal with the wastes are associated with each other is generated and output for every retrieved type based on the law regulations.
