<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earwax pick-up instrument capable of easily removing earwax often sticking to the surface of the wet-type external ear or clinging to the hair growing there. <P>SOLUTION: This earwax pick-up instrument comprises: a handle 3 having a hollow part 3a and a slide hole 3b connected with the hollow part 3a; an earwax pick-up stem 2 having a scrub part 2a in connection with a support stem 2b extending from the handle 3; an inner push stem 4 slidable along the support stem 2b, with its base end inserted into the hollow part 3a of the handle 3; and a movable pick-up part 4a which is attached to the inner push stem 4 and sticks out of the slide hole 3b of the handle 3. The scrub part 2a is shaped like a flat long piece with its bottom end inwardly curved like an arc in lengthwise cross section. Earwax A can be picked up between the inner curved part of the scrub part 2a and the tip of the inner push stem 4 by controlling the movable pick-up part 4a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
